Position Details
Role: Manager – Business Development Number of Positions: 5 Locations: Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Sagar, Gwalior Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream). Experience: 3–8 years of sales experience in the education industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. Ready to travel extensively (20+ days per month). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools. Understanding of the education sector or after-school/franchise programs will be an added advantage. Candidates must be non-drinker, non-smoker, and non-gutkha users.
